WINTER STORAGE RATE SHEET
OUTSIDE STORAGE:
(other than catamaran)		 $65.00 per lin. foot for power and sail boats.

INSIDE STORAGE: $12.00 per square foot (length x beam x price). FSC will paint bottom, full commissioning and wax. Overall length includes bowsprits, boomkins, and any other non removable appendages.
Winter storage rates include hauling, power washing, storing, and launching in the spring. All other work performed will be charged time and materials.
The owner agrees to hold the yard harmless in the event of hull or hardware damage due to effects of weather and/or storms, or boat is submerged due to weather and/or storm while left in the water, even if damage is after approximate haul-out date. Heaters left unattended become fire hazards. We recommend they be shut off when you are
ELECTRICAL CHARGES: All vessels in winter storage requiring electrical service must have a metering device installed at the boat owner ’s expense before hook-up. Electrical charges shall be determined and billed directly from the metering devices. Any vessel not metered utilizing an electrical hook-up will be charged at our transient electrical rate.
DINGHY STORAGE (up to 10’): $265.00 for winter season (inside only). If any dinghies are left outside after December first, the owners will be char ged labor and storage to put boats into a shed.
MAST & BOOM STORAGE: FLAT FEE – $265.00
OUTBOARD STORAGE: $80.00
BATTERY STORAGE/MAINTENANCE: $58.00 each
Includes monthly recharging & level check.

WINTERIZATION CHECK LIST
Includes: change oil/filter on engine(s), change oil/filter on generator(s), change fuel filters on engine(s), change fuel filters on generator(s), winterize fresh water side of engine/generator(s), winterize salt water side of engine/generator(s), winterize domestic water system(s): shower/shower sump/piping/pumps/drain water tanks/ice makers, winterize all salt water systems: heads/wash down pumps/pump holding tanks/AC pumps/bilge pumps/refrigeration.
